Energia Anniversary

Yuri Semenov, Christopher Faranetta, Nikolai Zelenschikov, the author and Victor Legostaev during the huge two day 50th anniversary celebration for Energia. It was during this event that Semenov revealed the first ever public organization chart for Energia. Included were the author and the American office. For some within the Russian space program both the chart and the inclusion of a foreigner was a step too far. NASA never understood the pressures that Semenov felt from within his organization not to cooperate with the Americans and not to reform along Western economic principals.
